Dr. Bahu inducted into The American Shoulder Elbow Surgeons

Dr. Bahu has been admitted to The American Shoulder Elbow Surgeons! 

This society is an exclusive group from around the globe. Membership is by invitation only and consists of 737 physicians. Founded in 1982 by Dr. Charles Neer, the ASES has flourished as the premier society for directing patient care, education, and research for the advancement of shoulder and elbow surgery. Dr. Neer is considered the father of shoulder surgery and was the chairman of the orthopedic department at Columbia University in New York City where Dr. Bahu trained under Dr. Louis Bigliani. Here is Dr. Bahu pictured at the ASES induction ceremony next to Dr. William Levine and other Columbia Shoulder Service graduates. Dr. Levine is one of Dr. Bahu’s foremost mentors, the current chairman of the Columbia Orthopedics Department, and President Elect of the ASES (2019-2020). Dr. Bahu is proud to be counted among the most elite shoulder and elbow surgeons and is committed to carrying on the legacy of the pioneers in his field.
